Meaningful support, shaped around the person
At Meaningful Lives, we are preparing to deliver specialist supported living services for autistic people and people with a learning disability, including those with complex needs and co-occurring mental health challenges.
While our services are not yet live, everything we are building is grounded in one clear purpose:
To support people to live meaningful lives, in their own homes, as valued members of their communities.
This page will soon share details of our active services, alongside real stories, outcomes and case studies that show the difference meaningful, person-centred support can make.
Our Supported Living Model
Meaningful Lives will provide community-based supported living, offering flexible, bespoke support to people living in their own tenancies.
Our model is built around:
- Individual strengths, preferences and aspirations
- Ordinary homes in ordinary communities
- Support that adapts as people’s needs and goals change
- A skilled, values-led workforce who truly know the people they support
Support will be tailored to each individual and may include:
- Daily living support and skill-building
- Emotional wellbeing and mental health support
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Support with communication, routines and transitions
- Building confidence, independence and community connections
We believe good support should fit around a person’s life.
